Open your practice with grace and ease as you learn to collaborate with a partner. Flying is a dance between Shiva and Shakti that utilizes the compliments of a strong grounding energy and a fluid receptive energy. It is a practice of giving and receiving, honoring and accepting, inhaling and exhaling that will take both yogis to a new place of union and bliss. Sample the many joys that AcroYoga® has to offer including circle ceremony, mirror asana, partner balance, flying and Thai massage. AcroYoga therapeutics facilitates release on both the physical and energetic level by using gravity to our advantage in relationship to a partner. The healing touch of Thai Massage applied to asanas will unravel fear and tension revealing our natural alignment with ourselves and with one another. No Partner Necessary.
