Family Circus Yoga

Join Ringmasters Aaron and Kelly Curtis of The Feel Good Project for 2 hours of CircusYoga fun. In this heartfelt workshop, we will practice group yoga, play games, and learn new circus skills like juggling, spinning plates, hula hooping, partner acrobatics, and more! All are welcome ages 7 & up. Kids must come with an adult and adults can come without kids.

Preregistration is recommended.

$18 adults/$15 kids/$15 per person for families of 4 or more.

Yoga Workshops with Pradeep Teotia

Join Balance Yoga for an incredible journey with San Francisco teacher Pradeep Teotia. This four part workshop will deepen your practice and understanding of yoga. 

Born in a small village outside of New Delhi, Pradeep is an internationally certified yoga teacher who draws mostly from his training in India.  He has practiced and studied yoga his entire life — starting with his grandmother in his early years.

Thursday April 15th, 6:00 - 8:00 PM
Introduction & foundation of the practice of traditional Hatha Yoga. We will discuss proper exercise (yoga asana), proper breathing (pranayama), proper relaxation (Savaasana), and positive thinking and mediation.
Friday, April 16th, 6:00 – 8:00PM                      
Sivananda Yoga (all levels)Traditional Sivananda class, all levels welcome. Class will include initial relaxation, pranayama, yoga asana, final relaxation with the specific benefits of inversion postures, back bending and forward bending asanas.
Saturday, April 17th, 10:00AM -12:00 NOON
Sivananda Yoga (all levels)Focus on mantras, hip-opening asanas (towards lotus) and more advanced inversion postures including explanation, demonstration, and teaching advanced yoga asanas.

Open and free the hips, exploring the way to open the hips and relieve the tightness that inhibits so many of us.Discover the power of backbends. Find true alignment by letting go of tightness and contraction in body and mind.Safely defy gravity, starting with a single breath. Strengthen the core to better support arm balancing. We begin to cultivate awareness of body while being upside down and moving through space, surfing from one pose to another.

Sivananda Yoga (all levels)

Meditative class with focus on extended holding of asanas. Strengthen your yoga foundations and reach higher levels of mind control. Tap into and experience the mental, emotional and spiritual benefits of our Asana practice.
