Pole Fitness Level I

Fridays 5:30PM- 6:45Pm, Returning in May

This class is perfect for beginners and those who want to perfect the basic skills of vertical dance. You will be guided through an invigorating warm up and strength building exercises that will tone the body. During the skills series you will learn basic steps, spins, floor work and the basic climb. The class will end with a cool down, with an emphasis on flexibility. Females Only!

Pole Fitness Level II

Fridays 7Pm-8:15PM, Returning in May

This class is suitable for those who have previous pole dance experience or those who successfully completed the level 1 Immersion. The warm up will involve using the pole for dance and conditioning exercises which will prepare the body for challenging movements and tricks. At level 2 we focus on dynamic spins as well as climbing and basic vertical movements up the pole. The class will end with a cool down with an emphasis on flexibility. This class is a great practice session for those who want to perfect their moves!

Pole Fitness Immersion Level 1 & 2

May 5th, 12th Sunday May 20th and Saturday May 26th: 1:30PM-3PM

The four week immersion is a great way to get started. The course is suitable for complete beginners and those who want to progress to the next level. During the class you will be guided through a choreographed warm up and put through your passes with conditioning exercises. Each week you will learn new steps and spins culminating in a full routine. Each class will finish with a cool down, with an emphasis on flexibility. This class is a lot of fun and a great way to discover your individual style!

$80 for 4 week session or $20 per class

Pole Fitness Immersion Level 3 & 4

May 5th, 12th Sunday May 20th and Saturday May 26th, Saturdays: 3:15-4:45pm

This course is an exciting step towards learning Intermediate and advanced pole dancing skills. The course is suitable for those who have previous pole dance experience or completed the level 1 & 2 immersion. The continuity of this2course allows students to develop together. Each week new skills are introduced and woven into a routine which students can perform on the last week of the course. During this class the warm up will involve using the pole for dance and conditioning exercises which will prepare the body for challenging movements and tricks. At level 3 and 4 we focus on dynamic spins as well as climbing and basic vertical movements up the pole. You will also learn how to link movements seamlessly and to move around the pole with confidence. The class will end with a cool down with an emphasis on flexibility.

$80 for 4 week session or $20 per class
