A lifelong lover of expressive movement, Jennifer has been a dedicated yoga student for more than a decade. Her personal practice, which is rooted in the Ashtanga yoga system, has evolved to include both Bhakti yoga and Yin yoga. Jennifer’s heated Vinyasa yoga classes are an experiential fusion of sound, movement, sweat and bliss, weaving both grounding elements and vigorous flow to challenge and motivate her students. Her classes are designed to inspire and encourage students to find, connect and honor their breath and body, leading each student to realize his or her own expression of the practice.
Jennifer recieved her 200-hour, certified-teacher training (CYT) from Jennifer Allen Logosso and Christine Loebsack at Sundari Yoga & Wellness in 2008. She also has studied with Steve Ross, David Swenson and Sarah Powers, but she is most influenced by her current teacher Rusty Wells, whom she completed 240 hours of teacher training with in San Francisco in 2009 and 2011. Jennifer has also completed over 100 hours of training in Yin Yoga with Biff Mithlofer and Steve Ross. She is currently enrolled in the Integrative Yoga Therapy 500-hour program led by Joseph LePage and will continue her studies with Rusty Wells and Biff Mithloefer as the oportunities arise. When Jennifer is not in the studio, you can usually find her spending time with her husband, four children and two dogs enjoying life in boundless gratitude.
