Hiking, biking, running, I love spending time outdoors. I took up yoga looking for an off-season activity that would increase my strength and flexibility and bring length to tight muscles from years of competition. What I found was a love for the strength, power and balance I found in yoga. Even more so, yoga has helped me become more centered, peaceful and patient. I encourage my students to get in touch with their bodies and to find strength and ease in each pose and to take what they learn and apply it to their daily lives.
Yoga has improved my life in so many ways and I want to help pass that on to everyone I meet. In addition to practicing and teaching yoga, I am a dedicated mother and wife and I still try to find time for riding/running in the woods with my dogs, Charlie and Lexi. I am excited to help you find out what yoga can do for you.
